Kira – Candy Shop
Hello fellow locals. I haven’t written anything in a while, nor have I been anywhere recently, and honestly, after this experience, I probably won’t be for a while (though I’m already looking for a spot to satisfy my craving). But I’m getting ahead of myself. Maybe I’m a bit out of practice, so please bear with me.
(Introduction)
My visit was at the end of April, and it’s been lingering in my mind ever since—whether it’s worth writing about it here, but I can’t shake the feeling. After nearly three years of loyalty to Králík, I decided to explore uncharted waters and try somewhere else. And where better than the local favorite, Candy Shop? Based on my first visit, I’ll take a moment to share some thoughts about the salon.
(Communication with the salon)
Honestly, I only have experience comparing with Rabbit Hall, but the communication with Candy Shop felt… somewhat blunt. Very straightforward, yes—responses were mostly yes/no. What I miss on their website is some key info that’s crucial for me as a guy from Moravia: whether the masseuse has natural or artificial breasts. I reached out by email for that reason; I got a reply, but when I asked a follow-up about extras, I got no response. Their reservation system also confused me a bit, since there’s no option to select a specific day or time, so I left a note, and then I received an email saying the reservation might be possible at that time and I should confirm. (Wasn’t that what I was trying to do in the first place?) It’s worth noting that since April, a chat (bot?) popped up on their website, which was nice, but now it’s gone again.
(Salon premises)
I visited the Maiselova location. Compared to the center, it seems busier than Rabbit, definitely busier than Staropramenná, though I haven’t been to Vinohradská in a while. Or maybe it’s just my paranoia that someone will guess exactly where I’m going and why I’m waiting there. The interior is a plus—especially the entrance: a long descending staircase with mirrors on the sides, giving the impression of walking into a casino. There’s a bar, which I didn’t linger at much. The room felt larger and brighter than at Králík, so I could see well. A glass shower where watching the masseuse shower would be a delightful treat. And above the bed, I think, were some drapes or canopies—overall, it didn’t seem as sterile as at Králík.
(Masseuse)
As a guy from Moravia, choosing a masseuse was obvious—4.5? Well, why not. But that turned out to be a mistake because I realized I also have an upper limit—namely, when they’re so big I can’t even hold them properly, I lose interest. And honestly, Kira isn’t my type. Maybe next time I’d do a quick turn, but this visit was more about getting to know the place and trying everything “at least once.” I had initially thought about asking for extras, but I changed my mind almost immediately. It’s common that a masseuse isn’t exactly what you expect from the photos, but this was the first time I felt outright unattracted. That definitely affected the massage. I think someone mentioned in a previous review that she’s chubby—that’s not quite right. I imagine “chubby” differently—more like a bit extra everywhere, which I could feel (my hips hurt the next day), but nothing overly excessive, and her proportions seemed fine. Still, I don’t trust the photos or web info too much. The pictures are cleverly edited, always showing one side of Kira in shadow. I picked two that match reality best, but take everything with a grain of salt.
(Massage)
Regarding the massage itself: at the start, Kira asked if it was my first time, so I said I’d had a massage before, but not with them. She explained how their sessions go, details I don’t remember now. We went into a shared shower; she asked if I wanted to do one round in there, so I thought, “Why not—everything should be tried.” It was nice, but it lacked the gradual build-up of eroticism typical for such massages; it felt rather mechanical. Maybe that influenced the rest of the massage. Honestly, I can only remember three things from it:
The only trick I recall vividly was when, lying on my stomach, Kira did a reverse cowboy and massaged me with her backside. Still lying on my stomach, I looked in the mirror and thought to myself that a naked girl is sliding over me, and I couldn’t care less. At the end, Kira struggled to produce a second climax; I almost told her to give up, but she managed it in the end. Though it was a bit forced, and it was obvious it wasn’t part of the massage’s natural progression but just a sprint to the finish. That’s about it. I have an vague feeling I wouldn’t repeat this experience—probably neither of us found it the best. Then we had a shared shower, paid, and said goodbye.
Type of massage: Body-to-body massage Duration: 60 minutes Price: 2000 CZK My rating: a solid average
Honestly, I can’t really fault Kira, so my rating feels a bit unfair, but that’s just my impression. The different parts of the massage seemed professionally practiced, but they didn’t come together as a whole—like a theatrical performance that pulls you in to be part of it, or as if I were just an observer watching a massage.
Overall, Candy Shop hasn’t quite convinced me yet, but I don’t want to give up after just one experience. I might try Tina sometime—she’s often mentioned. But if that’s also disappointing, it’ll be hard to justify a third visit.
